No STEM Products provided by VIRTUAL EDUCATION STATION, LLC dba LITTLE STEM ACADEMY is meant for children under the age of three (3) or for use without the supervision of a responsible and attentive adult.

In no event should the child be left alone with any materials mentioned or provided in STEM Products. By you, parent or guardian of the child (hereafter “you”), purchasing STEM Products, you expressly acknowledge and agree to ensure that the child (under the age of 18) is supervised during the entirety of the experiment. You further expressly acknowledge and agree that you will use the materials of the STEM Products as directed by the instructions therein.

Materials within STEM Products are made for experimentation and are not toys nor for play.

IMPORTANT: WHEN USED AS DIRECTED, THE EXPERIMENT IN ANY STEM PRODUCTS ARE NOT HARMFUL.
